Job Purpose:
To help drive and support the ongoing roll out of the Workday platform and its accompanying support model/data strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.
2. Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe.
3. Be a subject matter expert on Workday Time and Attendance functionality and support existing configurations.
4. Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives, including Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and Attendance configuration, and security role design.
5. Create and manage EIB data loading strategies for rollouts and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives.
6. Support key Workday clients and stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover, and support phases of initiatives.
7. Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support/cyclical process support as needed.
8. Act as super user for payroll related absence/time and attendance support.
9. Deliver system enhancements and manage the cyclical Workday update processes/tenant maintenance processes.
10. Lead on implementation/design workshops as required.
11. Support in test phases by drafting/writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicable.
12. Build Workday reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy.
Requirements:
1. Advanced Workday knowledge to support various implementation and improvement projects globally.
2. Subject matter expertise in Workday Absence or Time Tracking functionality, with a willingness to expand knowledge to other modules like Workday Payroll.
3. Experience in supporting existing time and attendance configurations and developing amendments in line with regulatory changes.
