B2B Telesales Executive
Do you have experience in business development via cold calling?
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building strong business relationships? As a B2B Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:
Account managing existing clients
Cold calling potential new clients
Generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Promoting our products/services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Managing and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term business.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and following up on prospects.Requirements
Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset.
The ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
A proactive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.Package
Salary to £35,000 + Commission 15-20% Salary
Hybrid 1 day per week - 4 in office
