Key responsibilities, you will be:
Liaise with Lyneham Training Design Team staff on the production and continued relevancy of Assessment Strategies, Assessment Specifications and Assessment Methods.
Produce & maintain summative theory and practical tests in accordance with TDSO Management of Training System (MTS) Process to ensure they remain current to course Learning Specifications (LSpecs).
Prepare theory and practical exam instances as required by SAAE Training Delivery schedule.
Liaise with the SAAE Training Delivery Department on exam scheduling.
Invigilate theory exams in accordance with TDSO MTS.
Conduct practical assessments in accordance with TDSO MTS Process.
Carry out the Quality Assurance of Instructor led Practical Assessments.Mark & moderate theory exams in accordance with TDSO MTS Process and carry out Level 1 & 2 Internal Validation analysis.
Produce trainee Performance Reports as necessary.
Generate re-sit examinations.
Produce and conduct End of Module Discussions in accordance with TDSO MTS Process.
Ensure all theory and practical results are recorded on TAFMIS & roll-up results completed in TAFMIS.
Process Course Change Proposals & support Course Design activity.
