We are looking for a Learning Mentor, Safeguarding and Attendance Officer who shares our vision and values. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the academy with regard to child protection and safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children. Supporting attendance throughout the academy. Overseeing and delivering the Learning Mentor programme. Providing support and help to children and adults alike, whatever their area of need. Candidates should be able to demonstrate: The successful candidate will: Have experience of safeguarding and child protection procedures including working with external agencies. Be warm and empathetic. Have a minimum of three years’ experience of working with young people. Be willing to undertake all necessary training.
