Job Description
Service Excellence:
* Oversee high-quality service management, ensuring continuous improvement in client services.
* Proactively manage resources and planning to maintain fully trained personnel.
* Ensure a client-oriented approach, reflected in positive client feedback (NPS scores).
* Deliver Securitas’ high-quality standards in line with clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Achieve operational performance targets, including indirect costs, labour efficiency, employee turnover, diversity, and inclusivity.
* Monitor branch KPIs related to people, safety, operations, customers, and finance.
* Collaborate with the Protective Services Development Manager (PSDM) to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness.
Leadership:
* Foster high levels of employee engagement, promoting Securitas’ Core Values and Purpose.
* Recognize and reward outstanding staff performance through nominations and awards.
* Implement proactive succession planning to ensure operational continuity.
* Cultivate a continuous improvement culture, aligning operations with key performance outcomes.

Qualifications
Specific Skills & Experience:
* Strong people management skills with experience in leading and motivating diverse teams.
* Understanding of using processes to drive operational efficiency.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and their impact on employees.
* Ability to use business intelligence tools to optimize operations.
* Willingness to work flexibly, including out-of-hours shifts, to engage with staff.
