Quality Assurance Manager (Part 66 provision)
Hours: Up to 2 days a month

Do you want to make a significant impact on the UK's aviation skills needs? To support the compliance and quality of our Part 66 provision, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who can work on a self-employed/contractor basis.
Exeter College is one of the few colleges nationally approved by the CAA to deliver the P147/66. Our brilliant staff hold current B Licences and are passionate about training future generations of aviation engineers. Our resources replicate an MRO environment, complete with a Jetstream, an operational Learjet, a 40-station electronics classroom, 3 wind tunnels, turbine engines, flight surfaces, and more, all delivered from our Future Skills Centre adjacent to Exeter Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality assuring our processes and procedures through an audit programme to ensure compliance with CAA regulations.
2. Working with our aviation team to drive improvement.
3. Liaising with the CAA regarding quality, including attending any audits.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Understanding of Part 147 Maintenance Training Organisations.
2. Experience of the Part 66 training and certifying process.
3. Passionate about high-quality training for the next generation of aviation engineers.
4. Organised, reliable, and collaborative.
