Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our client, a Civil Engineering consultancy based in Musselburgh. This is a permanent position and offers you the chance to work with an established and professional business.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
You will support the business by providing administrative support to the Director, Managers and wider team. Duties will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for people calling or attending the office
2. Diary management
3. Preparing documents for meetings, as required by the Director
4. Updating and maintaining the company's Management system
5. Filing and retrieving files, both paper and electronic
6. Taking minutes at meetings and distributing copies to relevant parties
7. Collating and distributing reports and emails
8. Processing orders for stationery, IT and PPE allocating purchase order number
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a busy, professional, and supportive office environment. You must have the ability to work off your initiative and at times, manage your workload with minimal supervision.
