Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons at FE level.
* Inspire students by making Psychology accessible, relatable, and thought-provoking.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
* Support students in developing critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Psychology curriculum and teaching methods.
* Contribute to the development of the department's resources and teaching strategies.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and support student enrichment opportunities.
* Contribute to the wider academic community within the institution.
Minimum Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology or a closely related field (a Master's or PhD is desirable).
* Teaching qualification or experience in delivering Psychology at FE level (A-Level or equivalent).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Knowledge of current developments in Psychology and its practical applications.
* Ability to foster an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
