About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
2. In the absence of management, opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
4. Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
5. Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
7. Receiving full training for ear piercing.
8. Maintaining the store's presentable and inviting appearance.

Qualifications - External
About You
* Some high school education required.
* Minimum 1 year retail experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Understanding of the importance of customer service.
* Strong reading comprehension and mathematics skills.
* Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
* Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Capability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
* Ability to operate POS systems.
