Signature Recruitment are looking for a proactive, driven and detail-oriented individual to join a busy team as Helpdesk Advisor on a permanent basis to support them with a new contract in their Henbury office. This is a full-time role offering up to £25,000.

Key responsibilities
* Answering calls into the facilities team and logging accurate details into the database system
* Coordinating solutions between all relevant stakeholders
* Issuing work sheets to site teams
* Chasing contractors for updates via phone
* Monitoring tasks through to completion
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Responding to emails in the team inbox
About you
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, confident making outbound phone calls
* Strong organisational skills and be able to juggle a busy and varied workload
* The ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
* IT literate and proficient with MS Office
This is an office-based position, with free onsite parking.
Working hours
* Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week between starting between 8am – 8:30am
* Office based Monday to Friday
You will be office based in the Henbury area (onsite parking is provided). Due to the location of this role, you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
