Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group CC4371 Assessor Trainer in Education and Childcare Pro rata of £23,497 – 25,678 per annum (£14,098.20 - £15,406.80) 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year We are recruiting for an Assessor Trainer in Childcare and Education to join our outstanding and expanding friendly T Level team. We are looking for an individual with a desire to make a difference in this important sector. You will have experience of communicating with a diverse range of learners and using a range of assessment techniques to prepare them for summative assessments. This will include observing students in work placement and conducting professional discussions to assess their competence. You will use your experience of interpreting, developing and delivering training sessions to deliver a high-quality learning experience to students on our Level 3 T Level in Education and Childcare course. You will have up to date knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and/or Teaching support in schools. It is essential that you have a subject relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification, an Assessor award (Level 3) and experience in Early Years or Primary Teaching sectors. You will be able to work flexibly to meet sector requirements. A teaching and/or coaching qualification is also desirable.
