People Solutions are currently looking for a Foundry Operatives on behalf of our client in West Bromwich
You must have a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that has been trading for over 30 years and is one of the leading UK experts in precious metal recovery.
This can be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Foundry Operatives will be required to work a shift pattern doing twelve-hour shifts, which would be a mix between days and nights.
The environment is dirty, and you must be prepared to always wear PPE whilst working both inside and outside

Day to Day Duties
Duties of Foundry Operatives will include (but will not be limited to) the following:
1. Work on machines and blasts to melt precious metals
2. Prepare the blast machines ready for production
3. Driving/operating a Counterbalance FLT
4. Loading and unloading with a Counterbalance FLT as the products are heavy
