This is a temporary-to-permanent role with a 12-week probationary period—a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
🔍 About the Role:

Lead the daily operations of a supported living service
*
Ensure responsive, personalised care aligned with each individual’s needs
*
Promote independence, community inclusion, and personal development
*
Meet all contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
👤 What You’ll Need:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
*
Previous experience in team supervision or management
*
Understanding of CQC standards, best practice, and relevant legislation
*
Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
*
Two references (one from your most recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
*
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
🕒 Working Hours:
*
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
*
Flexibility required – includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per rota
💰 Pay Details:
*
£15.80 per hour – Weekdays (Probation)
*
£16.00 per hour – Nights and Weekends (Probation)
