Are you looking for an opportunity to use your great organisational and administrative skills, collaborating with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for all St. James’s Place (SJP) applicants?
As an integral part of our in-house Talent team, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of interview booking for the Talent Team. The scope of this role requires you to be involved in a range of recruitment activities from coordination, vendor management, offer paperwork, data insights and systems administration.
This fast-paced role supports the wider Talent Team within SJP and plays a key and critical role in coordinating behind the scenes activity.
What you’ll be doing:
* Scheduling candidate interviews.
* Managing/triaging the Recruitment internal mailbox.
* Manage all line and candidate queries to ensure a great candidate experience.
* Support Head of Interim Recruitment with team project administration.
* Admin responsibilities for our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Managing vacancy headcount requests, liaising with Talent Team on allocation of new roles.
* Uploading requisition information to our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Support the wider People Data team to manage and coordinate meetings in respect of systems administration for the Talent Team.
* Responsible for managing interview notes.
* Opportunity to contribute to various projects within the wider Talent Team.
Who we’re looking for:
* You’ll have a high attention to detail with an ability to work at pace.
* An ability to efficiently resolve interview coordination issues to ensure delays in the recruitment process are minimised.
* An experienced user of all Microsoft packages, in particular strong diary management skills.
* Your natural curiosity will mean you’ll be great at building relationships with a range of people, internally and externally.
* You’ll act with confidentiality, using tact and diplomacy as required.
* A proactive and flexible approach with excellent organisation skills.
* Ability to be flexible to meet individual and team goals.
* CIPD (L3) would be beneficial, but not essential.
* Employment Law knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
* Experience of working within a Talent Function an advantage (Agency or In-house).
