Sales and Lettings Manager - Private Rental Sector - £45,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to oversee a substantial private rental portfolio of 1,100 - 1,200 properties and lead a high-performing team within the sector.
The Role:
This is a pivotal position within this organisation, offering the opportunity to drive growth and deliver outstanding service to clients and investors. We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who will:
* Manage, guide, and support a team of 7, including Negotiators, Administrators, a Business Development Executive, and a Lettings Manager.
* Be the primary point of contact for large-scale investors, offering strategic support and ensuring smooth collaboration with mobilisation teams.
* Promote a positive brand image while providing exceptional customer service.
* Drive team performance, ensuring the portfolio continues to grow successfully.
* Monitor and manage service levels, ensuring high standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct monthly team meetings and one-to-one performance reviews.
* Collaborate closely with the Property and Operations Manager to ensure seamless customer transitions.
* Oversee end-of-month reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
* Train and develop the team to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Drive new business generation, meeting targets and successfully onboarding new clients.
* Ensure high-quality marketing and lettings activities, tracking response times, void periods, and compliance.
* Produce monthly newsletters and market insights.
* Attend investor and sales agent meetings, fostering strong relationships.
* Regularly report on key performance indicators, including cash collection, arrears, investor payments, and tenant balances.

* Proven experience in exceeding customer needs and working within a customer-facing role.
* Experience managing a team within the property sector, ideally management of sales focussed employees
