HealthHarmonie is a fast paced, growing organisation that operates from various locations across England. Headquartered in Birmingham, we were established in 2003 and have been growing ever since, in the ever-changing healthcare industry, developing our presence across the UK.
We work in partnership with several NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home.
We provide nonurgent patients with appointments to see a consultant Gynaecologist, within the community we provide stable Gynaecology patient's appointments as an alternative to the hospital, gynaecology patients who are given assessments with onward referrals to hospital of their choice in addition to this we also provide services for non-urgent conditions which can be seen within the community.

About the Job
Are you a skilled and dedicated Nurse within Gynaecology looking to join a dynamic healthcare team?
As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating gynaecology patients and manage the clinical environment, in liaison with the management and consultant team.
The nurse will act as an autonomous practitioner in forming clinical decisions and complex management plans in the assessment and treatment of patients.
About the role
You will be able to provide high standards of care in various Nurse-led follow-up clinics including:
Mirena insertion/removal
Endometrial Biopsy
Cervical Cautery (with Silver nitrate)
Ring/Shelf pessary insertion/removal.
Applicants will be expected to have an excellent clinical quality record, and an ability to perform efficiently and independently in clinic whilst providing exceptional care.
You will need to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues and a willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of patients and assist in improving these pathways over time.
About you
Ensure the patient understands their options of course of treatment which is available to them.
To ensure that the consultation of the patient is carried out as quickly as possible, consistent with keeping to the standard required and that the patients are sent home without delay.
Communication with the office for onward referrals and medication to avoid delay to the patient's treatment.
All operational procedures to be explained to the patient with consent before the operation takes place.
To advise patients and GPs for medication for treatment.
To assist the other consultant in the ophthalmology service in maintaining service provision.
To adhere to company policies and keep up-to-date with developments in ophthalmology, to attend courses and seminars as necessary.

Monday to Sunday (Covering 5/7 days per week, day shifts)
