We’re looking for an exceptional HR Manager to support the People Team and work closely with business partners and other team members to provide administrative and project support. This will include assisting with the implementation of key HR initiatives, programs, and projects across the organisation. The duties for this role include being first point of contact for employee queries, project administration in areas such as rewards and benefits, organisational development, and HR process improvement as well as providing administrative support to the team This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Cambridge and occasional travel to our manufacturing facility in Ely. Responsibilities Providing first point of contact for People Team queries, responding as appropriate and escalating complex issues as required Coordination of multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery Developing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for HR initiatives Tracking project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies Creating and maintain documentation, including status reports, presentations, and metrics Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitating project meetings Support change management initiatives and communications Support benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and answering employee queries Providing support to HR Data Lead and HR Leads Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and maintaining training records Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the People Team remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.
