Job Description:
As a room attendant, you will greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous fashion while maintaining a professional manner. Your responsibilities include:
1. Cleaning assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
2. Ensuring stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished to correct standards.
3. Reporting any defects found in the bedroom, corridors, or public areas to the Head of Department.
4. Dealing with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
5. Being an integral part of the hotel team and cooperating with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
6. Having knowledge of SALT and contributing positively to the department and hotel's score.
7. Following company control procedures in accordance with the company checklist.
8. Managing your working rota efficiently and ensuring your trolley and caddy are stocked appropriately.
9. Considering wastage without compromising standards.
10. Being energy efficient within the department.
