Position Summary:
MarshBerry is currently seeking an FP&A Intern for our corporate office in Beachwood, OH. The primary responsibility of the FP&A Intern will be to support the Finance Department with financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The position is a full-time (40 hours/week), temporary position for the summer.
Responsibilities:
* Reviews financial results and assists with evaluating actual net revenue and EBITDA against budget.
* Contributes to the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package and monthly and quarterly business review packages.
* Performs financial modeling with current actuals and CRM-based dashboard reporting to develop updates to the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
* Completes ad-hoc analyses to address existing and evolving business unit needs.
* Assists the Accounting Department with accounts receivable/payable review and expense reporting as needed.
* Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with all the teams across the organization that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services.
* Other special projects, tasks, or duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:
* Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software programs.
Other:
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
