Summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work with the teacher in a collaborative way, in meeting the personal, social and curriculum related needs of pupils with severe and/or profound and multiple learning needs. The successful candidate will establish positive, supportive and constructive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and the wider community. Responsibilities include assisting with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the curriculum and its differentiation amongst pupils, as well as devising pupil individual targets and their monitoring and review, and supporting pupils as part of a planned inclusion programme.

Essential Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or above qualification or equivalent

* Experience of working with or caring for children with severe and profound disabilities and/or challenging behaviour
* Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
