We are looking for a dedicated, supportive and understanding Teaching Assistant who can work in partnership with our young people, parents, and teaching staff to achieve the highest outcomes for our young people.
We provide our learners with the independent skills, confidence, and self-belief they need to be successful whilst at school and beyond.
In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will have the confidence to provide small group intervention activities, support students in accessing learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher in a variety of subject areas around the school.
Training and development opportunities will be provided to positively influence student outcomes and your own personal development.
Supervisory duties at breaks and/or lunchtime will be required.
