Key Responsibilities: Process UK and Irish orders, ensuring they are accurately entered and shipped on time. Maintain the customer service inbox, responding to queries about stock availability, pricing, and proof of delivery. Prepare and send quotations to customers via SAP. Review open sales reports daily and coordinate loan and demo stock requests from sales. Monitor supply chain portals to confirm orders are shipped according to PO delivery dates.
