Sprinkler & Fire Door Inspection Engineer
This is initially a dual-role position that involves maintaining fire sprinkler systems while also inspecting fire doors. Our client is rapidly expanding operations across the UK, making now an exciting time to join a company which benefits from constant demand for its fire and security solutions. Our client works in a wide range of sectors including education, social housing, property management, and retail.
The Package
1. A starting salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience, plus commission scheme

Person Requirements:
1. Good with their hands being skilled and adept at tasks that require manual dexterity, like maintenance, building, or repairing things
2. Positive can-do attitude with drive and determination to improve and contribute
3. Customer service focused
4. Able to work on their own and manage their own diary
5. Ability to learn and take on new challenges
6. Knowledge of Sprinkler Systems, Fire Doors or plumbing would be an advantage but full training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Servicing of Sprinkler systems, conducting annual routine checks to ensure sprinklers function correctly.
2. Inspection of fire doors to ensure they are in a satisfactorily working condition and are able to provide the protection they are supposed to.
3. There is the long term opportunity to grow and drive this initiative, building and managing a team of engineers as the service base and demand increases for these key areas of the business.
