Whatyou’ll d o: Manager Coordinator role in TA operations ( India Supporting US – Coordination Support team) is responsible for leadingboth the experienced hire and campus recruiting coordination process. It also expected to manage Deloitte Global specialist stakeholders to enable our functions to meet their hiring strategies. The role would support both experience and campus hiring operations catering to businesses viz. Tax, Enabling areas, Audit and Advisory. Requires experience in leading high-volume processes that would help the team in improving efficiencies in their deliverables. Generalresponsibilitiesrelatedtothoseservinginthisrole includes,butarenotlimited to the following: Job Responsibilities: Understanding defined US market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies and working closely with US Coordination US counterparts Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various service areas Manage staffing plan across ISU-CRM businesses and understand the firm need, its functions and enforce process adherence and compliances by the team Monitor, guide, support and encourage the team to reach their self-development and initiatives Consultative skill to prepare and present recruiting strategy to leadership Manage performance management of his/her team and make necessary plans for succession planning Identify gaps, present creative and innovative solutions proactively, determine best course of action through reporting, analysis and gathering input and drives through to problem resolution. Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders Ability to anticipate needs of the business and potential challenges, developing contingency plans accordingly Experience in planning and managing budgets; identifying cost-saving opportunities for leadership Analytical with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Previous experience in a managerial role; ability to effectively manage, coach and motivate staff Maintain a transparent framework for evaluating and rewarding performance against individual, team, and organizational objectives. Manage and mentor the team (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counseling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members, provide direct reports to leadership to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills) The team At Deloitte, our Business Recruiting Coordination team for Experienced Hiring, is placed within our Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications & Skills required: Education: MBA or equivalent degree preferred Overall, 12-14 years of relevant & extensive recruitment experience required Familiarity in handling mid to large size teams, along with strong experience in recruitment operations, process enhancements, budget management and resource utilization Knowledge of key recruiting skills encompassing planning, strategizing, and driving execution excellence Experience in deploying TA systems, processes, and procedures in order to drive key metrics for the business Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach to deliver win-win solutions for the business Good change management experience and ability to drive and manage complex/large scale change initiatives sensitively and thoughtfully Strong relationship competencies and ability to collaborate, influence and manage conflict situations to achieve successful outcomes Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, sound judgment and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels, within the firm Working knowledge of recruiting systems/tools like Avature etc. is preferred Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a high-quality and fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate with divergent teams to achieve common goals within challenging deadlines Knowledge of key recruiting and TA operations skills, including various candidate experience in hiring process, managing documentation process, managing TAT at all levels, manage stakeholders (specially at US) Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization At least 7-9 years of team management experience Should be able to see the big picture of improving efficiency and driving return of investment Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outstanding client service focus Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a detailed focus on quality results/deliverables Team leader who works on focused talent development Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities Location : Hyderabad Shift Timings : 2 PM – 11 PM Howyou’ll Grow At Deloitte, we’ve invested a great deal tocreate a rich environment in which ourprofessionalscan grow.
