Senior Landscape Architect for Green Infrastructure and Landscape Design
Salary Grade Senior: £38,430, £42,310 or £45,460 depending on experience.
Tyler Grange is looking for talented Landscape Architects with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our Green Infrastructure and Landscape Design team.

Is this role right for you?
We're looking for talented, creative, and enthusiastic landscape architects with experience running landscape design projects through LI/RIBA design stages, ideally within inter-disciplinary design teams. With our focus on green and blue infrastructure and designs with holistic environmental purpose, we would love to hear about your interests and motivations for connecting people and nature through your projects.
Your typical day-to-day tasks could include: Producing and overseeing design work as part of the team, preparation of green/blue infrastructure plans, landscape masterplans, graphics, design drawings tailored to different design stages, preparation of clear and concise reports, participating in team meetings, project reviews, and team workshops, carrying out site surveys, planning workflows, and supporting team tasks.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
* A Landscape Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience.
* Qualification to postgraduate/diploma level in Landscape Architecture (or related field).
* Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent professional certification) is viewed positively, although working towards chartership is also considered.
* Experience running projects as a project landscape architect, seeing projects through LI/RIBA design stages, and a willingness to engage with all design stages.
* Excellent spatial design skills; confident in developing proposals within a design team and enthusiastic about engaging with others' designs.
* Skills and insights in ecology, natural systems, and ecosystems services, with an understanding of sustainability and environmental design principles.
* Experience in client-facing and design-team roles.
* Understanding of inter-disciplinary inputs and how designs develop through stages and scales.
* Strong graphic communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Revit.
* Full right to work in the UK.
Preferred skills and experience:
* Knowledge of the UK planning system.
* Experience with the Building with Nature Accreditation for Green Infrastructure.
* Experience of the tender process and on-site implementation.
* Experience mentoring team members and contributing to professional development across a team.
* Passion for plants, wildlife, trees, gardening, and designing planting schemes that connect people with natural processes.
* Ability to adapt proposals creatively to meet the brief.
* Ability to take direction, ask questions, support team members, and self-direct your workload.
* A practical, motivated, and positive attitude.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* A full UK driving license.
