Responsibilities:
* Carry out the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk
* Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke database.
* Arranging vehicles movements via a third party movement network from client to a sales location
* Liaising with repairers and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal
* Processing vehicle sales
* Processing and administration of documentation and updating DVLA
* Supporting the disposals team as required.
* Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required
Key Skills:
* Confident with Microsoft Office packages
* IT literate
* Previous administrative experience
* Professional phone and email manner
* Able to work independently and within a team
