Hours - Flexible - ideally four weekdays 9-5.30 plus every Saturday 9-1 Salary and benefits - Approx salary - £24,100 per annum Annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays Parking available with use of pool car if over 21 years old Location - The Wool House, Bear Lane, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7LG - office based Job Role/Responsibility - Booking and carrying out property viewings Responding to email and telephone enquiries Answering the phone and welcoming Diary Management - viewings and appointment confirmations Marketing - brochures and window cards Negotiating between landlords and tenants Tenant and Landlord Feedback Referencing applicants Helping with Property Inspections Liaising with utility supplies Arranging Inventories, check ins and check outs Arranging Boards Preparing properties ready for check ins Admin paperwork, including Tenancy Agreements etc Office administration - post, stationary, filing, scanning/linking documents Training - Full training to be provided in house with members of staff/Partners. Professional training courses where appropriate. bout you (preferred requirements for this role) - be outgoing and confident with a pleasant personality, and enjoy dealing with the public have good customer service skills interest in property and the industry be of a smart professional attire have good communication skills, both verbal and written be able to stay calm under pressure at busy times be courteous, but firm, when dealing with difficult, impatient or distressed people be efficient and well organised be able to work on their own as well as in a team Full clean UK driving licence
