The purpose of this role is to be the key point of contact for developing, maintaining, reviewing and issuing departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to support order book, intake and output needs including S and Op reporting and demand visibility across the business and driving delivery performance and improving customer satisfaction by engaging cross functionally across Safran Seats An office based role, the role demands an analytical individual who can recommend improvements and implement changes to improve visibility of accurate data to the Aftermarket Operations team across the seats business and the end user (Customer) Key Responsibilities will include: - Develop, produce and analyse KPIs to define Aftermarket performance - Facilitate and drive through continual improvements activity as needed -Produce ad hoc reporting throughout the aftermarket business as needed -Set up, maintain and document systems and operating procedures as required -Commercial reporting on all aspects sales forecasting, intake and output and producing recommendations on actions and highlighting trends -Co-ordinate, report on and analyse all Intake opportunities across Safran Seats GB and develop monthly reporting and analysis for demand management schedule -Liaise with Supply Chain to provide Forecast and SOP data. -Support the programme support and services manager to produce and ensure delivery to schedules for aftermarket projects in agreement with supply chain -Co-ordinate and communicate all aftermarket operational business needs from a sales opportunity perspective to all stakeholders Our in-house design studio co-creates the most innovative experiences in the sky with our airline customers and partners.
