An opportunity has arisen in our Surrey/Thames Valley Agency team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions.
Joining our Agency team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic advice to our client base and further expanding it. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services, further enhancing your own and our reputation in the market. Involved in all aspects of Agency, the ideal candidates will have responsibility within the team for managing their own projects and clients. Business development skills and a knowledge of the local market are essential. In addition, you will be expected to be an ambassador for the company, developing further client relationships and delivering the highest level of service.
Accountabilities:
1. Leasing and sales of office, industrial and mixed-use properties and development sites.
2. The ability to deliver dynamic marketing campaigns for client properties.
3. Produce detailed property advice for Landlords and Corporate Occupier clients.
4. Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients.
5. Delivery of thought leadership articles and PR.
6. Be a key member of a growing agency team, helping to manage and develop colleagues.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be a Qualified Chartered Surveyor or have relevant experience.
2. Demonstrable agency experience in acquisition and disposal work with a range of clients.
3. Networking – ability and track record of networking across Thames Valley and Surrey region.
4. Social media/IT - demonstrable track record of using effective social media in a business context.
5. Have a thorough understanding of and experience in the Thames Valley and Surrey Commercial Agency market.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Have a good knowledge of the Surrey/Oxford/Thames Valley region and existing relationships with Landlords and Occupiers.
8. Confidence in developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
