We are seeking a General Teaching Assistant to work within a Year 4 classroom in a primary school in East Grinstead. This role involves providing in-class support, helping to create an inclusive learning environment, and assisting pupils with their academic and emotional development. Your Responsibilities: ✔️ Provide classroom support for pupils with low-level SEN, ensuring they can access learning effectively. ✔️ Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities. ✔️ Offer one-to-one and small group support to enhance pupils’ confidence and progress. ✔️ Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being in line with school policies. ✔️ Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support individual learning needs.
