Senior Environmental Scientist
You'll be:
Planning and Permitting Advisory UK and Continental Europe
1. Scope EPR applications and deliver those on the grounds
2. Manage the EIAs
3. Manage and deliver SME chapter as part of the EIAs and EPR
Permitting / Engineering Interface Management
1. Act as an Interface Manager between Worley Engineering and 3rd party Permitting Contractors
2. Input into Integrated project schedules
3. Develop RFI for the engineering team to support Client's permitting
Best Available Technique followed by Permitting Strategy development
Environmental and Social Due Diligence in accordance with the GIIP (EP, IFC PS, WB EHS Guidelines, EBRD PR etc)
IFC PS ESIAs in non-OECD countries
1. Manage the ESIAs
2. Manage and deliver SME chapter as part of the ESIAs
You'll have:
1. Internal: Engage with the BD teams and Proposal Managers to provide the technical inputs and man hour estimates into Worley's proposals (prefeed, FEED, EPC, EPCm)
2. Prepare / participate in the Presentations to the Customers with regards to the environmental requirements
3. External: Engage with the Customers directly to identify opportunities and pursue them in line with the E&S strategy, marketing, proposal preparation, presentations, contracts etc
4. Mentoring junior personnel
5. International travel for up to 1 or 2 weeks for ESDD project purposes and ESIA management
