Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional NQ-2 years PQE real estate lawyer to join our dynamic London team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, experience in real estate law, and a passion for providing outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and property-related agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Support senior lawyers in complex transactions, providing insights and recommendations based on legal principles and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market developments to offer informed advice.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.
- Contribute to business development efforts through networking, attending events, and participating in marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications:
- UK qualified solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) with a strong focus on real estate law.
- Excellent academic credentials, ideally with a law degree from a reputable university.
- Relevant experience gained during training contract or post-qualification in a reputable law firm, with exposure to real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of property law, commercial leases, and related legal frameworks.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
