The role of the Marketing Coordinator is support in the marketing elements of the GTM process including but not limited to creation of some of the sell in tools, coordinating of assets to various regions/BU’s and supporting the execution of in season campaigns with various regions. This role will involve working on trade marketing aspects with direct markets and distributor partners.
In conjunction with the brand team prepare the showroom guidelines for local implementation.
General Marketing
Assist in the briefing process for seasonal tools by pulling together the various components needed for each project including sell in data, products, and regional and functional needs.
Manage the centralised marketing calendar to ensure it is current and accurate at all times.
Consolidate all seasonal brand highlights documents for specific initiatives and as required by licences.
Consolidate all distributor marketing plans and identify local needs.
Be the point of contact to deliver all creative assets for the distributor regions and ensure they are aligned to the key stories.
Coordinate the signoff of localised implementation of campaign assets with distributor partners.
Ensure distributor marketing projects are reviewed and implemented in line with brand guidelines.
A marketing degree
Knowledge of retail and trade marketing practices.
Experience in implementing marketing projects; from planning to execution.
Experience in managing projects with suppliers.
Able to comprehend financial data business analysis and budgets.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks as necessary.
Able to work on the full Microsoft office suite especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Willing and able to travel across UK and EMEA if necessary.
Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office and 1 day working from home.
