Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Description Job Duties: Provide tailored support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific requirements and learning styles Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and progress Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or relevant field Experience in conducting assessments and creating individual education plans Working Conditions: Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journey All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
