The Management Committee are looking to appoint a Headteacher who is passionate, enthusiastic and dynamic, who has exemplary leadership skills who can work as part of the team always putting children at the centre of what they do. We would particularly welcome applicants who have experience of leading within a PRS setting. This candidate would need to demonstrate: exceptional resilience and flexibility high quality interpersonal skills to be able to build on the established relationships with parents, staff, Management Committee members and partners to champion and act as an advocate for vulnerable children, young people and their families They would be expected to be capable of delivering the strategic development of the PRS through their own vision, being innovative to future proof the provision in collaboration with the Local Authority.
