Restaurant Manager As Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and mentor staff, and ensure exceptional service quality. You’ll play a vital role in driving sales, managing budgets, and fostering a positive team environment while maintaining STK's high standards. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Operational Management Lead, mentor, and manage the floor team to deliver outstanding service. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and maintain quality standards. Track and report on daily activities and results. Oversee beverage compliance and risk management strategies. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and coach staff to maintain a motivated and productive team. Monitor team performance and morale, addressing challenges proactively. Support growth opportunities for team members. Sales & Fiscal Management Monitor expenses and manage budgets for labor, sales, and operations. Assist in setting sales targets and profitability goals. Analyze and act on profit and loss statements to address variances. Drive sales through innovative marketing, networking, and staff incentives. Requirements: · 3–4 years of professional management experience in hospitality. · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Proficient with restaurant systems (e.g., MICROS, Squirrel). · Business acumen and a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. · Ability to manage and inspire teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. · Comfortable working long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
