Salary: A competitive salary from £46,000 - £69,000 depending on the experience you can bring

A new opportunity has arisen for an Analyst Programmer (Pega) to join our IT Digital Solutions Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications within Aegon UK. You will collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to understand requirements and translate this into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery of Pega projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Collaborating with colleagues and clients to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
2. Investigating operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in information systems.
3. Implementing and maintaining procedures and tools for the correct recording and progressing of requests for support, ensuring that appropriate application support tools are available and staff are trained to use them.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
1. Excellent analysis skills, acquiring understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships.
2. Tenacity and a proven track record of fulfilling agreements even when adverse circumstances prevail.
3. Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
4. Expertise in Application Development Methods, Techniques, and Standards using Pega.
5. Proficiency in the application of automated systems.
6. Relevant IT Tools Experience including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
7. Basic knowledge of Aegon UK products at a high level.
8. PEGA Certified System Architect Qualification.
