Key Responsibilities of a PCB Technician:
- Work within the PCB Assembly Team, ensuring high-quality production of PCB assemblies using both through-hole and surface-mount techniques.
- Perform rework, repairs, and modifications to meet stringent quality standards.
- Operate and program SMT machinery (Europlacer preferred).
- Maintain high-quality hand soldering and ensure compliance with ESD prevention standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in PCB assembly, including through-hole and SMT soldering.
- Familiarity with SMT programming, preferably on Europlacer machines.
- Ability to interpret and understand PCB components and reworking techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable:
- IPC or J-STD certification is highly advantageous.

- Adaptability to work flexibly in a small, focused team.
