As a Forest School Lead, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging outdoor learning sessions that inspire curiosity and a connection with nature.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment where students can explore, experiment, and discover through hands-on activities.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate forest school principles into the broader curriculum.
* Manage and maintain the outdoor learning area, ensuring all resources and equipment are safe and accessible.
* Encourage positive behavior and social development, using the natural environment as a context for learning.
Requirements:
* Forest School Leadership Qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) or relevant experience.
* Experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Commitment to child safety and safeguarding practices.
* A passion for outdoor learning and a creative approach to education.
