WHAT will I get from working with The Clancy Group?
* EARN: £23,000 per year
* EXPERIENCE: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
* QUALIFICATION: Payroll Admin Level 3 takes approximately 16 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?
The payroll team plays an important role in keeping employees happy and motivated, as well as ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. Whilst being mentored by your highly experienced colleagues, you’ll be learning how to ensure everyone gets paid correctly, in addition to developing your communication, customer service and analysis skills. Your daily tasks will include:
* Processing both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
* Uploading and checking data related to employee payments & deductions prior to payroll deadlines.
* Issuing tax forms to employees such as P60s, and P45s for leavers.
* Managing enquiries from employees and resolving any issues related to their pay, ensuring they are kept updated and treated with empathy and understanding.
* Reconciliation of deductions and completion of 3rd party payments.
* Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Payroll Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
Minimum Requirements:
* UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
* Great communication skills including discretion, as you’ll be working with highly confidential information.
* Excellent attention to detail, an enjoyment of problem solving and a good level of numeracy are all important.
