My client is looking for a Finance Manager/Head of Finance to join their busy company. This company is situated in the countryside with beautiful offices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide accurate and timely financial information and reporting for the businesses, including budgets, forecasts and KPI’s.
* Preparing relevant statutory compliance documentation and submissions
* Day to day management of the finance systems and associated processes
* Managing the cash - cash flow analysis, invoice financing reconciliations, focus on working capital
* VAT Returns, Pensions, NI /PAYE
* Overseeing the accounts payable function, treasury management and payroll functions
* Planning, preparation, and management of the annual audit
* Leading on procurement advice and systems for the organisation
* Complete monthly ledger reconciliations
* Continuous development of financial systems, financial reporting, controls and procedures
* General bookkeeping duties
Desirable qualities:
* Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or with equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Controller position
* Have previous people management experience/knowledge
* Experience using Xero accounting software
