Our client is looking for an experienced hard-working valuer/lister to join their team in Cirencester.
Key Responsibilities - Lister/Valuer
1. Property valuations
2. Listings
3. Client engagement to understand their property needs and to provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process
4. Market Analysis
5. Property Listings, taking photographs and writing of description
6. Viewings
7. All administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements - Lister/Valuer
1. Excellent verbal and communication skills
2. Estate Agent experience essential
3. Fantastic negotiation skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Motivated, determined and hard-working
6. Passionate, caring and professional
7. Good IT Skills
