Job Title: Sales Executive
Core Purpose
The primary role of the Sales Executive is to sell all Teacrate products and services to a portfolio of existing and new potential customers across all market sectors.
This role involves phoning both existing and new potential customers. The role is autonomous, the individual is responsible for generating their own new business leads and managing their existing accounts.
Responsible for meeting a pre-determined revenue target and maintaining the companys CRM database in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering and responding to all Inbound Customer Calls and Emails into the Main Phoneline, Email Inboxes and fielding calls where necessary to relevant department including voicemails
2. Processing of crate hire, collections, new crates sales and packaging and purchasing orders
3. Processing requests for delivery and collection details from existing customers
4. Processing of all customer credits where required.
5. Manage customer service enquiries or escalate to customer service team where appropriate.
6. Updating all required Systems daily to ensure client activity and experience is documented.
7. Updating all required Trackers or Logs to ensure client activity and complaints is documented.
