It will empower our teams with new tools, systems and processes enabling them to deliver efficiently and effectively for our customers and the Boots business. This role reports to the Condor Senior Process Manager within the Condor Digital Transformation team. This is one of a number of full-time roles working exclusively on Digital Transformation (Condor Programme). Bringing their expertise and knowledge of process design and improvement as well as a background in Digital, the Process Manager will work alongside a diverse team of experts cross functionally, with a key focus in digital and IT, and other change and process experts to support with the design, build through to testing and go-live/hypercare. Previous project experience is preferred; the successful applicant will receive plenty of guidance partnering with functional and system experts throughout the programme, including 3rd party partners and software providers, who will provide inputs and support. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for the definition and approval of the end-to-end business process design for the business processes assigned Will follow, and where necessary suggest improvements to, the process design approach Input into process design planning and ensure assigned processes are tracked and reported Involvement in design workshops to ensure that business needs are identified and change impacts are understood and aligned with the technical solution Ensure integrity in the end-to-end process design cross-functionally, developing content for key design decisions where appropriate and collaborating with cross-functional and impacted teams Manage virtual network team of process analysts and subject matter experts for assigned processes Identification of expertise and resource requirements and potential gaps within project teams and processes, drawing on your wider network to ensure the right people are involved at the right time Document process flows including the development of the Standard Operating Procedures using the agreed tools and approaches Responsible for maintaining the Condor process taxonomy to agreed standards and ensuring changes are taken through the required change control process Design and support UAT scenarios and execution to confirm the integrity of your end-to-end process design Awareness of the impact of the programme across the business and teams, and leading/supporting engagement across the business Liaison with on and offshore colleagues/process owners Continued engagement and support of Process Owner network and related stakeholders during deployment and hypercare.
