Job Description
Sysco GB are currently looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join the Talent/HR team on a full time, permanent basis, reporting into the Talent & Development Manager / Business Partner.
Responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Sysco GB Business. The Talent & Development Consultant will work closely with the Talent Leadership Team and consult with the HR community and business leaders to define, scope, design and implement blended learning and development solutions, enhancing people capability and creating sustained behavioural change across multiple levels in the organisation through robust embedding tools and activities.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel required.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of the Talent & Development Strategy through squad work, turning strategic priorities into deliverable outcomes that are delivered and landed sustainably for the business.
* Responsible for the consultation, scoping, design and implementation of effective blended learning and development solutions across the Sysco GB Business with a focus on embedding and evaluation.
* You will work closely with the T&D Leadership Team and HR community to implement learning and development plans, enhance people capability and create sustained behavioural change across multiple levels in the organisation.
* Maintains excellent relationships with the wider T&D team to enable a seamless service to the business whilst driving efficiencies and alignment, sharing best practice, reducing duplication of effort and spotting opportunities for broader need and application.
You’ll be an experienced Learning and Development Consultant working across the full learning and development cycle from needs analysis to evaluation as well as being confident with all thing’s development including the psychology of learning. Proven ability to create targeted blended learning solutions including virtual, face to face and e-content is essential. A natural collaborator, able to forge strong relationships across all levels and naturally self-confident with a high degree of customer and service orientation. You’ll enjoy structure and be well-organised with a sharp eye for detail as well as enjoy working at pace. This role requires excellent written and spoken English.
