Job Description
* Teach Key Stage 3 and 4 physics to students, following the National Curriculum and adapting to meet the needs of all learners.
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and technologies to promote student understanding and progress.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and use data to inform teaching practice and improve outcomes.
* Contribute to the development of curriculum content, including writing schemes of work and resources.
* Participate in departmental initiatives, such as CPD training and team planning.
