Are you an ambitious and established Finance Business Partner who is looking for their next challenge? Our Business Finance team is looking for an established Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) professional to join our team in the Burgess Hill office on a permanent basis working in a Hybrid model.
You will report to the Business Finance Chapter Lead with no direct reports.
The Position
As part of the Business Finance team, you will be an enabler of our transformative efforts to drive the Future of Finance in the UK affiliate and beyond.
You will take a leading role in driving Profitable growth within both the UK Affiliate and Division with a focus on:
1. Leading the Business Plan process
2. Managing the P&L in accordance with Roche guidelines
3. Articulating the Financial Position with calls to action to Senior leaders at Roche
4. Leading Finance Projects which align with the F&O Vision.
5. Actively drive transformation, enabling the organisation to live the Future of Finance
Key Challenges:
1. Deliver the 3 year Business Plan
2. Oversee and Manage the P&L
3. Take a lead in Strategic initiatives that improve our Profitability
4. Work above Affiliate on EMEA / Global initiatives
5. Be the Finance Business Partner for the Leadership Team and drive sustainable value in line with sound financial practice.
6. Deputise for the Head of Business Analysis where necessary.
7. Lead the Roche Business Planning Process from Target Commitment to the three year sales and Profit plan.
8. Prepare & Articulate the Financial Board Pack for the Finance Director and the UK Board of Directors
9. Be the Guardian of the Profit & Loss maintaining our Licence to Operate.
10. Combine Data and expertise to influence decision-making across the organisation to improve our Profitability.
11. Engaging with networks beyond the Affiliate at Global to improve efficiencies or outcomes.
12. Develop Strategic initiatives in improving our Financial Performance either through identifying cost saving efficiencies or increased sales opportunities.
13. Challenge the status quo to optimise business processes and radically simplify the way we work at Roche
14. Live the Vision and Strategy for F&O and take an active lead in driving this forward.

You possess strong communication skills and Professional Accountancy or similar post-degree Qualification
Several years of experience in a Finance environment
Systems experience - especially with working with Business Intelligence tools
Expertise in SAP
Knowledge of the Healthcare sector
Experience of leading projects
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (P&L and Balance sheet structures, revenue recognition).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and articulate financial performance to a range of internal customers
Proven track record of delivering projects.
