Your new role As a Family Hub Business Support Officer, you will provide business and administration support to managers and front-line staff across the early help service. You will be the welcoming first point of contact at children’s centre sites as required across the family hubs. Your responsibilities will include database maintenance, generating reports, organising and maintaining records, and ensuring all new family details are registered. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you should have: Experience of working in a children’s centre (desirable) Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing Good organisational skills, self-reliance, and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately Advanced IT skills, particularly with spreadsheet applications and data coordination Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and resourcefulness Experience of working as part of a team and under pressure Successful experience of using IT databases Understanding of Children’s Centres and Early Help Services What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, professional development opportunities, and other incentives.
