About The Role
We are 4Com; an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company that is currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Administrator to join our finance team.
As a Junior Accounts Administrator, your primary role is to support the financial operations of the company by handling basic accounting and administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with AAT Level 2 qualifications that are looking to build their career in accounting and finance, with the extra perk of potentially pursuing further studies through a funded AAT course.
Please note that this role is office-based in Bournemouth.

Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of AAT Level 2 qualification in accounting or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of basic accounting principles (related work experience is advantageous but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) is desirable but not essential.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Strong numeracy skills and an understanding of basic financial concepts.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
* Assist with the management of accounts payable, including data entry, obtaining approvals, etc.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including inputting data into accounting software and filing documents.
* Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, summaries, and statements as required.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and other financial matters.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including managing correspondence, filing, and other office tasks as required.
