About the Role
The Customer Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in developing and executing the annual customer marketing plan, creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving customer advocacy.
This role requires strong experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a Tech, HR, or B2B SaaS environment, as well as demonstrated success in developing and managing customer reference and advocacy programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upsell/cross-sell of products to an existing customer base, strong content marketing skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
